Soft skills

One of the key elements I thrive on in the professional sphere is communication. I am passionate about discovering the right approach for each individual I interact with. This isn't achieved through sheer insistence, but through understanding their intentions via emphay that unlocks in insightful conversation. This process serves as source of motivation for me.

I place high importance on organization and meticulous attention to detail, down to the smallest aspects that might seem insignificant. While this level of detail-oriented focus can occasionally introduce challenges, I take great satisfaction in resolving these complexities.

I'm very enthusiastic about the rapid evolution of LLM and AI-related technologies. I believe they are great force multipliers for everyone, and I eagerly anticipate the future advancements. This is where all the fun is right now.

I founded an IT outsourcing enterprise, delivering specialized services for B2B organizations. My expertise lies in maintaining and troubleshooting software, high-performance hardware, and office software networks on-site. I effectively organized remote work capabilities for employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. Responding to an increased service demand, I expanded the team by recruiting on-site personnel, who now operate under my established brand and are managed by me remotely.

I've been working on Rockchip RK3288-based Android software for an Interactive Advertisement TV. This technology was designed for integration into passenger elevator cabins, using machine learning cameras and sensors to drive deeper consumer engagement. Despite facing challenges due to limited financial resources, this endeavor has provided me with valuable experience in Android software development and machine learning technologies.

For over decade I worked as website developer for automotive industry. Creating websites from scratch with the help of freelance designers and backend developers. I actively contributed to content creation with effective SEO strategies, social media optimization and provided article writing services. I've managed e-commerce projects for automotive spare part. I've used to work with vanilla JS, PHP and MySQL and all contemporary open-source CMS.
